Huge thank you to the team at Santander in Hove

A huge thank you to the team at Santander in Hove for taking on two challenges to raise money for the EBA, raising a fantastic £862.
Headed up by David and Giulia, each staff member completed 60,000 steps for four weeks and as a team, completed a virtual bike tour of the NICU units across the UK starting off at the Trevor Mann Baby Unit and covering 1435km.
The idea for the challenge came from Customer Service Manager David, whose twin girls spent 6 weeks on TMBU after being born 9 weeks early in 2017, weighing just 3.5lbs each.
David says ‘I look back on our time at the Trevor Mann Baby Unit so fondly as the nurses and doctors who took care of our girls and my wife and I, do such an incredibly amazing job and words cannot describe how grateful we were, and will always be, to have been so lucky to have them looking after us. I know that without the Trevor Mann Baby Unit and the help of your charity, our story may have been very different and this is why I am particularly proud of being able to support the EBA and why I am also very proud of the efforts myself and my team have put in trying to support such a worthy cause in order to give a little something back and hopefully help other families in similar situations.’
Thank you so much for all of your hard work and efforts with these challenges and for raising such a wonderful amount of money for the charity. It really will make a huge difference and we are hugely grateful for your support.
