Spreading Christmas Cheer!

We hope you all had a fantastic Christmas Day yesterday! 🥳
With your help, we were able to spread some Christmas cheer to TMBU and SCBU at PRH by providing Christmas gifts for the families on the units, as well as for all the staff. Our committee members organised and delivered a total of 138 staff gifts, 40 baby stockings, 40 mum gifts, 40 dad gifts, plus enough gifts for all the siblings of babies on the units!
Rachel Beston, a nurse at TMBU said
“I just wanted to thank you for everything you do for us all on both units all year but especially at Christmas when the day is made extra special because of you all. Seeing the surprise on parents faces when they arrive on Christmas morning and see that not only has Father Christmas has visited their babies but there are also gifts for them and their other children is always so special. You help parents make special memories with their baby’s on first Christmas and so many parents were thankful. You are all amazing.”
We hope everyone enjoyed their gifts and that they gave some festive joy during a difficult time. 😊
