Our committee member and Trustee, Jemma Roberts and her team are bravely running The Tough Mudder next Sunday in aid of The EBA!
Jemma says: “I am doing the Tough Mudder for the EBA as the neonatal units that the charity supports looked after my little girl Tilly, when she was born at 24 weeks in 2014. Tilly spent 5 months on the units and the incredible nurses and doctors worked tirelessly to get her home with us. Unfortunately, Tilly caught a virus 6 months after coming home and spent the next 10 months in various hospitals, and she sadly passed away at the age of 21 months. I want to make sure that the units that got her home are supported so that more babies and families get the chance to go home and make some beautiful memories.” 💛
