EBA members meet the High Sheriff of East Sussex and receive charitable donation

We recently had the great pleasure of meeting Violet Hancock, the current High Sheriff of East Sussex and the previous years High Sheriff, Maureen Chowen at one of our coffee mornings on TMBU. We spent some time speaking about how lucky we are to have TMBU in Brighton, what an incredible team work there and how, we as a charity are honoured to support them.
We were therefore delighted to hear that Violet had chosen The Early Birth Association to be one of the recipients of the High Sheriff’s charitable donations for 2020.
Unfortunately the ceremony to celebrate and receive our donation had to be cancelled due to the current Coronavirus crisis but we look forward to thanking Violet in person when we are able to.
We are so very grateful for the High Sheriffs support and the generous donation, which will be used to purchase vital equipment for the units.
